Hi Stephanie welcome to the forum i'm sure you will find it a big help and support. I have had ra for 15 years and have been an nras member for 4 years and wish i had joined years before.

Thank you all for your support! It has really helped. I have now contacted occ health and am on the verge of asking my manager for a reduction in hours! Think that I am starting to finally accept this and move forward = not easy though!
